 The Osprey Nest is located on Mumford
Road in the Pettaquamscutt Cove National Wildlife Refuge. The back yard
offers access to the mouth of Narrow River which host osprey, otters,
fish, deer, and other wildlife.
Our lower level apartment has a private
entrance and parking area with Living room, full kitchen, 1 bedroom and a
pull out couch, 2 TVs and Basic cable, comfortably accommodating a family
of 4.
Also Included is the use of a private outside patio with the gas grill
umbrella table, lounge chairs and a Fantastic View Of The "Cove"
A short walk to Narragansett Town Beach
- and close to a myriad of other
RI beaches
and attractions. We’re convenient to fine
restaurants, shopping, golf courses,
Galilee & the Block Island
Ferry. Nearby is the Newport Bridge; Misquamicut; historic Wickford,
home of the annual
Wickford Art Festival; and
Foxwoods Casino.

- Rates & Reservations
- One Couple: $125.00 per night
- One Couple with one adult guest:$
20.00 per night extra
- Family with 2 children
(maximum)$135.00 per night
- 2 Couples:$165. 00 per night
- There is a 2 night minimum.
- For renting 6 or more nights
there is a 10% discount taken from the total.
- NOTE: Facilities and the use of the yard is
for renters only
A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required to hold your reservation.
When I receive your deposit I will send you (via e-mail or US mail
whichever is easier for you) a confirmation as well as information on the
guest room, its content, parking etc. The balance is due at the time of
arrival. Please make checks payable to Rebecca Lema or The Osprey Nest for
deposit. Upon arrival either cash or check is accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
All but $50.00 will be returned with a 2
weeks notice (14 days). If the cancellation is less than 2 weeks (14
days), the deposit is non - refundable.
