Melvin Jones Award 2008
The Melvin Jones Award. It is the highest honor for a lion. This is an international award and Lions members selected for this award will be forever recognized for that honor at Lions International Headquarters. The 2008 winner is Ken Rosbottom. Ken. a long time member of the Narragansett Lions, has served as a member and now Race Director of the road race committee . Ken serves on the Narragansett Lions Board of Directors and volunteers his services and expertise in numerous community activities and events. Ken is a perfect example of what Lions are all about .
